When one doesn’t know God, they don’t have true sound wisdom that comes from Him. In fact, because they have so much worldly wisdom, they don’t know God. The wisdom of the world can cloud one’s judgment and lead one to become blind to God’s wisdom by keeping the mind distracted or occupied with temporal things.
In 1 Corinthians 1:21, the wisdom of this world does not bring us closer to God, but through the foolishness of preaching.

God provides all we ever need through His divine power - everything that pertains unto life and godliness. Those who have had children may jokingly say, “This child didn’t come with a manual.” Oh dear friend, but there IS one! God has provided answers for every situation we may face. We wrestle not against flesh and blood but against the principalities of this world - and many problems we face stem from deeper, spiritual roots. To overcome those challenges, we must allow God to lead us through those spiritual battles.

Ephesians 4:22-24 Discusses a renewing in spirit and mind…
This is not an instant change; it’s more like setting a firm foundation over time. Becoming more aware of the things you once believed, and now the Holy Spirit guides you to walk in the path of righteousness. Praying, studying God’s Word, and worshiping through song or in the company of other believers are all ways a Christian becomes renewed over time. The foundation for a newborn Christian is critical. To become a walking testimony, we should align our everyday decisions with God.
